Siena was walking around the mall, trying to forget about what happened between Tiffany and Jack. Shopping always helped her when she was sad before. Then again, Abby was always with her. She didn't have Abby anymore, and she barely had any other friends. So she way all alone, again.
She walked out of Victoria Secret and looked around the mall, two bags in each hand. She had her father's credit card, what did she care about how much she spent. After all, she was taking over the company when her father retired.

The mall wasn't really the sort of place Damien spent a great deal of time. As it was, though, he was hungry and looking for a distraction. Home had a tendency to remind him of Abby, and she certainly wasn't what he wanted to be thinking about at the moment. But her memory was everywhere. It'd taken him about twenty minutes of being alone in his room to get sick of it. He'd stormed out of the house without a direction in mind. His rumbling gut had ended him up in the food court of the mall.
Even being surrounded by people wasn't fun if he was actually alone, so some small part of him had been hoping to see someone he recognized from the moment he arrived. His eyes scanned the crowds, stopping to rest appreciatively on groups of girls every now and then. About the time his eyes settled on the door to Victoria's Secret, he spied a familiar face. Granted, it wasn't one he was all that excited about seeing. Siena reminded him of a lot of stupid things he'd done. But she was certainly better than no company at all, so he hardly thought more than a moment about it before he sauntered over in her direction.
"A little retail therapy?" he asked, arching an eyebrow at the bags in her hands. If he was a gentleman, he might have offered to take them for her, but no one had ever accused him of such, and he wasn't about to offer up a reason to. [/size]

Siena looked up at Damien. She froze for a moment and then regained herself. She hadn't talked much to Damien since the incident. She hated what happened and wished she could take it back. His face made her feel dirty and disgusting. He was Abby's boyfriend, and she'd slept with him.
"Oh, how'd you figure that one out?" She said with a smirk and started walking. She wasn't that same girl from his memory anymore. She could stand on her own, she'd been hurt, and now she just didn't care about much anymore. Jack was the one that finally broke her, and she hated it, because she loved him with all her heart.

Damien arched an eyebrow at the girl. She still looked the same on the outside, but she seemed different. Not that different was always a bad thing, really. He just had a feeling she'd had a tough time. No one changed that much that quickly without something rotten happening.
Out of habit, Damien followed her, not even sure why. He had no plans for what he might say to her or anything of that nature. Still, he'd always been awful at leaving well enough alone. He also sucked at letting someone else end a conversation for him. "Jeez, Siena. Bitchy much? What's going on?" If pressed, he'd say he didn't give a shit as to what was going on with the girl, but at the moment, he kind of wanted to know what had her behaving so strangely.
