Jesse had been in town less then a week and was getting little info from people so he figured he should have a chat with the cop who is on his sisters case. He made his way in to the police station and looked for Detective Chase Jackson. He spotted his desk which was close to a much bigger office.
Jesse made his way over and took a seat in front of the man, he looked him once over. "So Detective I need your help I need everything you have on my sister's case." Jesse looked at the detective and took out his own badge it stated that he was a New York Police officer and he also handed his paper work to the man in front of him as well stating that he was here to help on the investigation as a undercover operator.
Jesse looked at Chase and waited for him to say something, not that it mattered Jesse would find a way to steal the file if he had too but he was hoping that this Detective would understand that he only wanted to help find his sister and he hoped he would find her alive. "So I have been talking to some of my sisters friends and they are not talking except for Siena she had nothing to do with my sister being taken."

It was an early day this morning, Chase had been up all night trying to put together information, trying to fill in the blanks. He had no leads, and he had no motivation. He was like a blind man running in a dark tunnel. Completely lost. Chase had an office, a fairly nice office. He heard the door open.
Looking up at the man who said that he wanted the information on Abigail Hollows case, Chase looked at the badge and he said, "Sir, as a cop, you know that I am going to have to run the numbers off the badge, just a security precaution." Taking the badge Chase ran the badge numbers and waited a response from the system.
While they were waiting Chase stood up and he looked at the man, He held out his hand and he said "Detective Chase Jackson, Richmond Police Department." He looked at the man and he continued, "I can't go into too much details until I know that you are for sure an NYC cop, but I can tell you that whoever took and possibly killed your sister, is very good at cleaning things up, it looks damn near professional".
Chase looked at the man, waiting for his name, and a response from the system.

Jesse was not surprised what Chase said about looking up his badge numbers hell it was exactly what he would have done in the same shoes. "I understand completely please go right a head." Jesse smiled and took the guys hand standing up as well. "Jesse Hollows. " he spoke as he listened to what the detective was saying, so it looked professional did it in his experience killers make mistakes maybe not on the first but somewhere along the line he or she would. "I have a right to believe it may have been some one she knew. A friend maybe, old boyfriend." he shrugged and waited for something to come up in that machine that the detective kept glancing at.
" Lets see Tiffany Wentworth's name was brought to my attention by one of my sisters friends saying that she wanted what my sister had, or her boy friend Damien was mentioned as well but I didn't catch his last name." Jesse figured he could help this cop out a bit since he had no leads or so he was told by his dad.

Chase listened to Jesse talk, the computer beeped notifying that Jesse Hallows was indeed a New York cop. He nodded and he walked over to a filing cabinet and pulled out the Hallows folder. He pulled out pictures of suspects and of other friends and locations to where she was seen last.
Pointing at a picture Chase looked at Jesse and he said "I have reason to think that Siena Montgomery knows more than what she is letting on, she may be completely innocent, but I just get the feeling there is more than the eye sees." He looked at another picture and he said "Sinclair, I didn't get a name, but it was mentioned to one of the street cops that a Sinclair was seen with Abigail last, could be false information, but still, a lead is a lead."
Chase looked at Jesse and he asked, "I know this may sound redundant and completely unnecessary, but, where were you the night Abigail went missing?"

Jesse listened to Chase talk about Siena and nodded "I got that feeling too and do you mind I talk to her she trusts me." Jesse heard the beep of the computer and figured it said he was a cop. "Sinclair I have not heard that name in a while. I knew a Sinclair when I was a kid but i will keep an eye out. You never know at this point I think we should consider every possibility. "
Jesse understood why he was asking the question it was after all standard procedure for any cop to ask. "Where was I in New York it was a special day. My ex girlfriend came back."

Chase nodded, he needed someone to talk to her, he wasn't getting through. "Yeah, try and crack her, maybe she will talk to someone she knows." Chase nodded and he smiled, he looked at him and he looked at the New York badge, he will still secretly suspicious of this man.
A brother who disappears, out of his family, no word, and then he comes back and he is a cop? It didn't make much sense to Chase, but he kept quiet. He was going to attempt to form an alliance with this man for now, who knows, he may lead Chase to the kidnapper.
"Jesse, I want you to know, that if you find anything out, you report directly to me, you have no jurisdiction here in Richmond, this is my playing field. We were both raised here, so we know this place inside and out, maybe if you can bring me some hard evidence and information from Siena Montgomery, I can get you a clearance pass from the Commissioner to let you have temporary law control in Richmond, sound good?" If there was one thing that Chase was good at, it was negotiations.

Jesse nodded to Chase "I can try but she is really tight lipped I am not sure she will spill about anything." Jesse didn't like this detective but he smiled at him anyway, like hell he would tell him any more then he had too. Jesse grew up in this town and it was his sister that was taken, like hell if he was going to let some jerk in a suit over take him finding the killer.
" Actually I do have jurisdiction you see the mayor is a friend of mine. I am sorry to say he called me here said his cops had no leads and wants me here. So I don't have to tell you anything that I don't want to, so no offense." Jesse smiled at Chase and took the file in his hand and started reading over it. Man he hated being assigned to help other cops in their investigations but the only reason he said yes was it was his sister and not doubt his father called the mayor and told him to ask Jesse for help.
Jesse suspected this cop of his sisters murder why else would the cops have no leads unless one of them was the kidnapper it made sense. No one would suspect a cop from a no name little town as a murder just as they would never suspect a friend or family member as a killer either. Jesse looked up and stood, "Thanks for the files I will be taking them with me. I will be in touch with any new information." He nodded and walked out of the station the same way he walked in. He would have one of his contacts check out this Chase Jackson and see just how good of a cop he really is.
