Jack sat opposite her and glanced over the menu he was pretty sure he would get pizza, very typical but he loved pizza, he'd probably go for the one with the most meat. Or at least that was his first idea until he remembered about the girl sat opposite him and how she hated meat. he could be a little more sensitive. so it looked like he would settle for hawaiian.
Jack shrugged, "Its alright I guess" He hadn't sad that he was worried that he wouldn't be able to play again and the doctor said as long as he let it heal he should have any problems with getting back to all of his sports. But that was a lot to ask of Jack, he was impatient, very impatient and he was eager to get back to how he normaly lived his life asap. "It's the crutches that are driving me crazy." He said glaring at the metal contraptions sat next to him.
A waitress walked by and Jack looked stunned the moment he saw her face, she didn't see him and he looked relieve at that. She was one of his previous one night stands and not a happy one at that. This could potentially be a total desaster. He'd had drinks thown in his face before and he ahd a feeling it might go something like that. 'shit shit shit' he thought to himself just praying she wasn't their waitress.

Siena frowned, feeling bad for him. Crutches didn't seem like much fun. She would have a hard time getting around on them. The girl had absolutely no upper body strength.
"We could badazzle them." She said jokingly with a smile. Though she was half tempted to badazzle them, it'd be fun... for her anyway.
She noticed Jack change in mood and she didn't get why. Had she said something wrong? She didn't think she did.

Bidazzle them? She made him laugh he'd give her that "Only you Siena" He laughed raching across the table to hold her hand for some unknown reason to him. She made him do things like that a lot, where he found himself doing things he usually wouldn't and things without him even thinking about doing them. Like a reflex.
Jack wasn't sure whether he should explain to Siena about the girl whos name he didn't even remember or not but he wasn't given much of a chance when he heard footsteps coming up behind him. "Hey what can i get for you gu..." She looked more shocked at the sight of Jack than he was when he saw her. Shocked turned to anger quite quickly and of looks could kill Jack would have most definatly have been dead, and the look she gave Siena, short as it was, wasn't much better. "Jack Sinclair." She growled but had to swallow her pride when she heard her manager come into the room "What can I get you and your lovely... GIRL." She snapped still not letting up on the glare.

Siena froze for a moment. She hated conflict, and this seemed like very awkward conflict. She already knew. He'd slept with her and then probably left in the middle of the night. She didn't like this one bit. It made her heart fall. She didn't know what to do in this situation. She'd never been in a situation like this before. So she simply looked at Jack. She couldn't hide the fact that she was upset, even if she'd wanted too.

Jack wasn't sure who he was more afraid of, Siena or girl whos name had slipped his mind. He just looked back at Siena a little like a little lost puppy, he didnt know what to do. No name girl seemed to get impatient and coughed rudly for their attention. Jack took a breath in " hawaiian thin crust pizza, please" He said quietly and dared to look at siena. The tension was just painful, he hated this, why did he have to be such a whore?

Siena watched Jack, he looked like a lost puppy. This was either going to be awful, or she could step-up and have the whole situation dealt with right there. So she sighed, and set the menu down, getting into her Montgomery mood once more. She didn't like it, but it was bluntly apparent that Jack wasn't going to do anything.
"Well first, you can get some manners." Siena said with a sickly sweet smile. "Now if you have a problem with him, you can get your manager and explain the situation and I'm guessing this situation could've been avoided if you would've kept your legs closed." Siena said, still smiling. She didn't like being mean, but sometimes it was the only thing people responded too.
"I'll have the mushroom ravioli. Thanks," she said, still smiling, and handed the waitress the menus.

Jack hadn't done or said anything because he didn't know what he could say, he was pretty sure anything he said while both girls were there, would land him a slap across the face, possible two, one from each girl. He couldn't be mean to the waitress because that wouldn't go down well with either of them, he was the one who had been in the wrong for lying to her and ditching in the middle of the night. Silences was always safest, cowards way out but safest.
The waitress clenched her fist and gorwnd her teeth together glaring at Siena. Jack was ready to jump and stop her if she took a swing for Siena, Jack didn't put it past the girl, if he remember anything it was that she was firy and he was pretty sure she'd got herself into a scrap the night he met her. But she eventually walked away cussing under her breath. "Look, Siena I... she, it was ages ago." he said not sure what he could say to her, he had hardly done anything wrong. Not recently.

Siena just gave him a quick smile. She didn't want to talk about it. she didn't need to know how many angry people she'd end up running to. In fact, she didn't even want to be at the restaurant anymore. She wanted to go home and stay in her bedroom again. She felt sick to her stomach, but she didn't say anything. She didn't want Jack to get the wrong idea. She liked him, but this was weird.

Jack looked down, his hand sort of slipped away from hers, even if she wasn't saying it, he could read it on his face and it kind of annoyed him. She knew this was how he was before they got together, he should have to aplogise for things he had done before, that was then, this was now. There was nothing either of them could do about it and these situations were bound to happen every now and again but it was part of the package. Part of the bagage Jack carried with him.

The silence continued. Siena didn't know what to say. Their food came, not the same waitress as before which didn't really surprise Siena too much. She thanked the girl and looked down at her plate. She'd slightly lost her appetite. She could tell Jack was upset too. What did he expect? For her to just be able to shrug it off. She wish she could.
"Jack, I'm sorry." She said, looking at him with a sad face. She didn't know what else to say other than sorry. They hadn't fought since they started dating, she didn't want to start now.

Jack sighed "You don't need to apologies, its not your fault" He said and forced a smile, so much for their first date, it wasn't really going as planned. Date two should definatly being a little less, public, where they were less likely to bump into more of Jack's past. "Can we just forget her, for now anyway?" He asked picking up his knife and fork, he didn't want an argument to start over this.

"Yeah," Siena said quietly. She picked up her fork just when her phone rang. She looked at the name and her face lit up.
"I'm sorry, I have to take this." She said and left the table to go outside. It was her father saying he'd hired an escort for her for the breast cancer benefit. She said no, she'd find someone to take. Though disappointed he dropped the topic. Siena walked back in and sat down.
"I need a favour." She said and flashed a big smile.

Jack had just put a fork full of food into his mouth when she walked back in and asked him for a favour in an overly nice way, something that worried him just a little. He swallowed what was in his mouth. "I already don't like the sound of this..." He said hesertantly "Go on then?" he had that usual sarcastic tone back in his voice, at least trying to act like the thing with the waitress hand't happened.

"Well, daddy wants me to have an escort to the cancer benefit, and he hired me one, but I don't wanna go with someone I don't know." Siena said and then smiled and batted her eyes, hoping he'd get the picture. She would prefer to go with jack over anyone. His father would be there too. Maybe she could apologize for how rude she was to him at the hospital.

Jack blinked at her a few times, she wanted to take him to a fancy benefit? Sure he was rich but he wasn't one of the charity ball kids, he was meant to but he had refused to go to any since he was a kid when he had no choice. "Seriously?" He asked in a strained voice before sighing, he couldn't really turn her down now could he "Fine, but please tell me I don't have to wear pink" Jack, pink? Yea like that was going to happen, he was lucky to get out of grays, black whites and navys. Pink, well that was a little, out there.
